This is based on our ability to identify the strongest candidates at an early stage in the process, making the overall search more streamlined and precise. Thus this service is a two payment process rather than the traditional three.
Included in this service is the following:
- A comprehensive consultation with the client to identify exact needs
- An install period of mapping out targeted areas and companies
- The construction of a short list of candidates
- A presentation to the client of a shortlist with related biographies obtained through research
- A period of engagement with potential targets
- Consultation to both the candidate and client during the period of negotiations
- Delivery of candidate (s)
